About the Event
The Centre for Counselling & Health Services (CCHS) organized a stress awareness initiative to educate students on stress and effective coping strategies. As part of the initiative, peer educators actively engaged with students through an Instagram reel explaining stress, a WhatsApp message with stress management tips and resources, and an informative Instagram post. These efforts aimed to raise awareness and provide accessible ways to handle stress in daily life.
The initiative encouraged student participation by offering practical tools and expert-recommended strategies to manage stress effectively. A feedback form was shared to gather insights on the impact of the content and suggestions for future awareness programs. The responses will help enhance future mental well-being initiatives.
